No, it’s not necessary for you to be home. We will make arrangements with you prior to installation.

The homeowner is responsible for contacting the appropriate Homeowner Association prior to fence installation.
ORNACO assumes responsibility for contacting Dig-rite prior to fence installation.
ORNACO will attempt to locate survey pins initially. If the pins are not found, the contractor will assist the homeowner in hiring a surveyor at a discounted rate.
The homeowner is responsible for contacting irrigation service prior to installation.
In the case of minor irrigation issues, the contractor will execute repairs. Main line repairs will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
Permits are dependent on city and/or county codes. They will be pulled if necessary, at the expense of the contractor.
